Build Insiders is a group of Realtors who specialize in pre-construction purchases. This platform aims to educate buyers, help clients get information about various upcoming and selling projects, and provide knowledge about purchasing pre-construction.
We have built relationships with developers and their inside sales teams, allowing us to work with them directly and gain exclusive early access to projects and deals.
Our past clients have run into several phishing websites made by Realtors pretending to be the developer - registering for information and purchasing without fully understanding who they were registering with and why. So, we decided - let’s make the process simpler and more transparent for consumers.

ROB SALVATI
MANAGING DIRECTOR & SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Rob is a GTA-based Realtor®, who works with Royal LePage Signature and specializes in Pre-Construction purchases. Previously a project manager for commercial development, Rob is well versed in the construction process which helps clients more easily understand what they are getting into. Outside of real estate, Rob runs a boutique marketing consulting agency which helps small to mid sized companies with their creative direction and sales strategy.
Between his various business ventures, Rob launched Build Insiders - a central platform to educate consumers about pre-construction and highlight great projects. After past clients experienced difficulty finding credible information on projects and were attracted down sales funnels that were misrepresented as the builder, he decided it was time for a change. Build Insiders aims to challenge the industry norm of gatekeeping information from consumers and pushing individual options.

JAKE CASSAR
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Over the past several years, Jake has built a successful real estate business, serving clients across the GTA for all transactions. His extensive background in construction, including his previous work as an electrician, has allowed him to maximize value for his clients when helping with renovations, both before selling and after buying. He prides himself on going above and beyond the expected scope of working with a Realtor to give clients the highest quality service for every transaction.
With the climate of real estate in the GTA, especially for first-time buyers and investors, Jake has continuously shared the benefits of purchasing pre-construction with his clients to get them in the market.
